Customer special requirements:
1, This stake semitrailer is made of HTS, loading capacity shall be no more than 65T;
2, Pliiar is divided into three layers, (the lower is 600, middle is 600, top is 600, removable); In case of bolts slip when loading and unloading cargoes, it's better to adopt widen and bigger nuts; Stake is divided into two layers, frame of stake and sidewall panel are both 50*50; Flat hinges shall be adopted, the front two sections of the sidewall panels and the stakes shall be rear opened, the rest of stakes shall be opened from opposite directions and the rest of sidewall panels shall be opened downward; front pothhook is flat pattern, rear pothook is hinge pattern, with taper bolck, rear door has up and down sections, up section similar as container door;
3, X tension brace shall be fixed on the middle of top stake, the bottom layer shall be fixed on the middle and lower locations of the stake;
4, All flatpathook must be thicken (thickness is 10mm);
5, With tarpaulin carrier,3m space will be reserved for barometric water-drenching device, this vehicle with groove for preventing water, rear bumper block, adjustable rear bumper. Each side with 10 pcs small strap ratchets;
6, Whole vehicle color: RAL7032 ( including toolbox ).
